Our 2023 rankings named Iowa Western Community College the most popular school in the Plains States Region for nursing students working on their undergraduate certificate. Iowa Western Community College is a medium-sized public school situated in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It awarded 131 undergraduate certificates in 2020-2021.
Students from Iowa who attend Iowa Western Community College full time pay an average of $6,330 in tuition and fees. Out-of-state students pay an average of $6,480. By the time they get their undergraduate certificate, students from this school have racked up an average of $12,734 in student loans. Of those students who received their degree, 92% were women.

With a ranking of #13, North Central Missouri College did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for nursing students working on their undergraduate certificate. North Central Missouri College is a small public school located in Trenton, Missouri that handed out 84 undergraduate certificates in 2020-2021.
