Our analysis looked at 23 schools in New Jersey to see which associate degree programs were the most popular for nursing students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Our analysis found Jersey College to be the most popular school for nursing students who want to pursue a associate degree in New Jersey. Jersey College is a small private for-profit school situated in Teterboro, New Jersey. It awarded 646 associate degrees in 2021-2022.
On average, associate degree students take out $25,718 in loans while pursuing their degree. Around 92% of those degree recipients were women.

The excellent associate degree programs at Ocean County College helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular nursing schools in New Jersey. Located in Toms River, New Jersey, the medium-sized public school handed out 1,444 associate degree awards in 2021-2022.

County College of Morris did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for nursing students to get an associate degree. It came in at #7 on the list. This medium-sized public school is located in Randolph, New Jersey, and it awarded 1,107 associate degrees in 2021-2022.
Students from New Jersey who attend County College of Morris full time pay an average of $10,260 in tuition and fees. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $14,040. Middlesex County College is located in Edison, New Jersey and has a medium-sized student population. In 2021-2022, this school awarded 1,616 associate degrees to qualified students.
