Our analysis found Duke University to be the best school for nursing students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Southeast Region . Duke University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in Durham, North Carolina that handed out 2,312 bachelor’s degrees in 2021-2022.

Augusta University did quite well in this year’s ranking of the best places for nursing students to get a bachelor’s degree. It came in at #14 on the list. Augusta, Georgia is the setting for this medium-sized institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 1,098 students in 2021-2022.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at Augusta University is $8,122. Out-of-state students pay an average of $23,500. By the time they get their bachelor’s degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $22,870 in student loans.
