Our 2023 rankings named University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus the most popular school in Colorado for nursing students. Located in the large city of Denver, CU Anschutz is a public college with a very large student population.

The average amount in student loans that nursing majors at CU Anschutz take out is $43,423. This translates to an average monthly loan payment of $211, based on a 10-year repayment plan.

Colorado Springs, CO

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means Pikes Peak Community College is a great place for nursing students. PPCC is a fairly large public school located in the large suburb of Colorado Springs.
