Our 2023 rankings named Miami Regional University the most popular school in Florida for nursing students working on their master’s degree. Located in the suburb of Miami Springs, Miami Regional University is a private for-profit college with a small student population.
About 59% of the students majoring in nursing at the school are women while 41% are male.

Out of the 26 schools in Florida that were part of this year’s ranking, University of South Florida - Main Campus landed the # 2 spot on the list. Located in the city of Tampa, USF Tampa is a public school with a fairly large student population.
Women make up 86% of the nursing majors at the school.
