Our 2023 rankings named Columbia University in the City of New York the most popular school in New York for nursing students working on their doctor’s degree. Columbia is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of New York.

Of the 126 students majoring in nursing at Columbia, 9% are male and 91% are female.

Buffalo, NY

Out of the 24 schools in New York that were part of this year’s ranking, University at Buffalo landed the # 2 spot on the list. University at Buffalo is a very large public school located in the suburb of Buffalo.
